A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment once it has been approved by the salon.
Deposits are non-refundable after your booking is confirmed. If you cancel after confirmation, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited and a new booking will be required.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment depending on availability. Late arrivals may incur an additional late fee at the salon's discretion.
The remaining balance is payable in salon on the day of your appointment, by card, contactless, or cash.
If 360 Salon needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered either a full deposit refund or a rescheduled appointment.
